The heat has been brutal, and the internet impossibly slow, so an entire week has evaporated. After a pleasant ride on Monday, the hot weather and hectic schedule inspired me to give the horses the rest of the week off. Harry started rehearsals this week for the Tennessee Williams Festival’s production of The Rose Tattoo.

As it happens, we have had some much needed rain today, but this post is for yesterday. The slow internet prevented me from uploading pictures in time to blog, so I am a day late, (and always a dollar short)… It was hot, but we had a pleasant ride before the sun hit its stride.
