More rain today, so the horses had the day off. Stone’s tummy is still quite swollen, but no worse, so I am hoping tomorrow it will begin to resolve.
Harry and Weedy and I went to Wentzville where we met a really nice young man at Lowe’s (oddly enough, another Tim) who sold us a Whirlpool dishwasher. It will take a couple of weeks to arrive.
All day we had the usual birds, but in the afternoon, some new birds arrived from the south. Brown headed cowbirds, which I actually think are beautiful, but they are naughty birds, so I am a bit dismayed.

I took some cat pictures today. Cora spent the night in the loft, because she is too fat to come down the ladder and she was stupid last night, so I couldn’t catch her. This morning, she did allow me to help her down. Twizzler gave her a demonstration on ladder use, but to no avail.

The forsythia is blooming, and the lemon trees outside are surely getting pollinated as they continue to bloom.

Finally, Mistletoe and Nettie shared a bed this evening. No human pictures today!
Stay safe, stay well. Peace.
Twizzler and Skittle sure remind me of their frisky and nimble U. City cousins!
Are you sure Cora is stupid? Seems to me she knows she can’t fit through the ladder step and the wall. That cowbird is a beautiful blue! Another lesson for me!
