So far, June has been a bad month in a pretty terrible year! Harry has not converted and is still in A-Fib. But his spirits remain cheery, even though he is not feeling at all well. And, of course, he is still working in the studio. He did NOT, however do exercises. Really, that is contraindicated in this situation.
Not much to report. The horses liked Harry’s timing. Not getting ridden today was just fine with them, since it turned summer hot.
I had one of those frustrating days when nothing went smoothly, but Harry is OK, which is really all that matters. He is scheduled for an electroconversion on Thursday at St. Luke’s. We hoped, when we made the appointment, that Harry’s heart would convert on its own, and we could cancel the appointment, but it is not looking like that will happen now. It’s been a day and a half.
I didn’t take many pictures. After I turned the horses out, Stone and Oisin were scratching each other. All I had was my phone, so they are not great shots, but it is always so sweet to see them enjoying each other.
Here are a few more Rainy, Montana mule baby, pictures from Nancy. Much more fun than anything around here today.
Mean mule baby face! Romping mule baby Athletic mule baby Mules baby gallop!
Stay safe, stay well.
Hoping a cloud of good health and good cheer will float in and make it all better soon. Oh, and I bookmarked this page so I’m not even waiting for your gmail notifications, hahah! Peace
Thinking of you and hoping today goes smoothly
Thanks, Rebecca!
Still holding out hope that Harry will be fine by Thursday and not need the appointment!!
I hope you are right, Jana – thanks!
