After a frosty start, it was a warm day for mid November. There haven’t been as many blue jays as there were this summer. Maybe they are at Jane’s house, but this guy was here.
With camera handy, I heard the mockingbird singing up a storm, and hoped for a picture. I like to believe this is the very bird that Roscoe had in his mouth, singing a victory song. He has lived to sing another day. I got an incredible “in flight” picture, too.
Jane and I rode, and both horses were delightful, yesterday and today.
Fred made beautiful doorstops for Jane’s barn, and he installed them yesterday. She was using concrete blocks as door guides, so this is quite a step up. They are treasures. We are so lucky to have Fred in our life.
Harry worked hard in the studio, as always, and took a well deserved rest with his pack.
Finally, Roscoe advises we should all get plenty of rest in these stressful times…
Stay safe, stay well, wear your mask, keep your distance, wash your hands, and rest.
Wow! Love the mockingbird in flight.
I love the picture of Harry and his companions.
