It was a glorious day today. Chores were no burden, it was so beautiful outside. Roscoe reveled in the sunshine, and even Marmalade seemed exceptionally content. The horses were not wild this morning, they were just serene.
Cedar patrols for varmints. Mistletoe was a world class varmint eradicator, but she has scaled back, much to the relief of the mole varmints.

The pileated woodpecker returned this morning, and the suet holder fell to the porch. He was undeterred.
Harry worked on Mater in the studio. He also took a picture of the progress.
Jane and I jumped the new Brett Taylor oxer today. The horses have been horrified by it when first seeing it on the ring, but once it they admitted it was just a jump, and not a devious horse trap, there were no issues. What fun!
