The beauty berry has lost its leaves, but the berries remain.
Autumn is winding down, but this has been a weekend of riding… and rolling. Jane and I started with Stone and Derry, then rode the Pearl Brothers. Marianne was on hand for pictures again. Sunday was very similar to Saturday, actually.
Stone loves Derry Jane made a very funny remark! Marianne Derry expects a treat
Horses were let out to roll after riding, and I tried for a picture of simultaneous rolling. I was in the wrong place for a good shot, but I did record both Pearl Brothers down at the same time

Firearms deer season ended this evening, so I can stop wearing the orange vest. I did do a little chainsaw work in the woods this afternoon without getting shot, which was a relief, but I don’t think many deer were harvested around here. We are still overrun.

And, in the studio, Harry is always happy in his work.
The horses enjoyed the afternoon sunshine, and stayed out until dark. It is a lot of work to keep horses at home, but so nice to be able to be flexible with the routine, since they are right in the back yard.
Stay safe, stay well. Peace.
Horse’s rolling is always adorable, they look so happy, gleeful, and cute! Love the upside down woodpecker perhaps she created a new game.
Happy Thanksgiving, I know you will have day filled with love!
