Bart is a 2006 chestnut Irish Draught Sport Horse jumper, sired by Mountain Pearl, out of a Thoroughbred mare.  Oisin, too is an Irish Draught Sport Horse jumper, also sired by Mountain Pearl, but he is out of a Paint mare, and is a colorful pinto, foaled in 2007 and bred and raised by my cousin, Mary, in Iowa.  Stone is a 2008 gray American Appendix Quarter Horse.  He was bred to run barrels, but he, too, is a jumper.
