Home Again (Part 1) – April 11

Harry and I have returned from our unexpected adventure east to Washington, DC and Boston. We were unable to see many friends because schedule just did not permit. This is just a few shots for now. To my dismay, I forgot to take ANY pictures of our friend, Mary, the first friend we saw in Washington DC. But there will be more to tell tomorrow…

Be safe, be well, be kind and strong. Slava Ukraini! Peace…

  1. Looks as if it was a great trip! The bear looks fantastic and Bobby Orr looks lonesome without Noel Picard! Truth be told, I don’t have any fond memories of Bean Town, as we lost two World Series to the BoSox while I was with the Cards! Glad you’re home, safe and sound!

  2. Happy to be home with your wonderful animals I bet! What a trip, can’t wait to see more. Great landing for the bear.

  3. Love the photo of Harry “petting” the bear’s paw!! Also love the photo of Harry with the bear in the background. The bear looks very happy in his new home! Thanks so much for coming to the Bridlespur Saddlebred show. Of course, I made a great show Thursday night when you weren’t there and a horrible show Saturday night when you were there! Isn’t that just like horse showing?? But, yet we all love doing it anyway.

  4. Trivia Comment here: When Bobby Orr was launched into that triumphant leap at the expense of our beloved Blues, who was it that tripped him and sent him flying?

It was Blues defenseman Noel Picard…. A low moment in my 9th year on the planet
