A cold start to the day again, but it did warm up today.
The birds were abundant this morning, and I got some “in flight” shots!
Cardinals and goldfinches (wrong camera, though) Female cardinal in the air Here comes a goldfinch Another goldfinch in flight Female cardinal coming to join her mate (and a siskin)
Two cardinals were about to kiss, but then he must have said the wrong thing…
“What did I say??”
Back to work on the Christmas cards. Jane and I had thought to ride, but the weather didn’t get that nice. She did come by, though, so that we could get pictures of the fancy Three Creek Bassets face masks that we got yesterday.

Marmalade decided to run to the house today. Finally, the scaredy cat is becoming a curious cat! Tom Morris followed to see if he could be of assistance.
Marmalade on the move Marm alarm! Tom Morris is never in a hurry Trundling after the other orange cat
And that’s about it, apart from laughter with the Marlows from afar. Not much to blog about, though Santa has had two packages sent (we won’t let him visit), and it’s feeling a lot like Christmas here.
A Christmas long ago
Stay safe, stay well.
Love your use of the word “trundling.”
