Fog – January 4, 2020

Freezing fog was added to the wintry weather this morning, but by midday there was a thaw, and the beautiful winter wonderland dissolved. At mid-afternoon, the woods sounded like they were in a rainstorm, but it was just ice melting and pouring off the trees. Morning offered many beautiful bird photo ops.

The ground melted before the trees, creating more photo ops.

I ventured out for errands, and saw several deer on the driveway. I had the camera with me.

When I returned, Roscoe was outside and very ready to come in to the warm house. He spent the rest of the day in his favorite spot next to my desk.

Marmalade came over to visit while I was doing barn work. He sat on the mounting block and watched me dump water buckets.

Once I had chores finished, I visited Harry in the studio.

The last word goes to Mistletoe…

Stay safe, stay well.

  1. Wow, your in-flight photos are fantastic! The unicorn track looks good on your wall and Mistletoe is so right!
